What is GGJ’s shipping policy?
CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES
As a result of lasting COVID-19 impacts, some carriers continue to experience service delays that may prolong delivery processing (from tracking information through arrival date) beyond the timeframe you selected at checkout. Should this occur, please note that carrier delays are outside of our control and that there will be no reimbursement related to shipping fees.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all orders from our Miami warehouse on business days, Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays). In stock orders are usually shipped within 1-to-2 business days of the purchase date.
Orders placed after 12PM EST on Fridays will be shipped the following week. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will undergo processing the following business day. If ordering Next Day Shipping before 12PM EST, the order will be shipped out that same day. Purchasing customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their orders have been shipped.
Please note: Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be consistently guaranteed. Once we assemble your package for shipping, we seal it and pass it off to a third-party carrier. In the event that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, GGJ does not take responsibility for the outcome. All claims must be made through the carrier who carried out your shipment/delivery.
HOLIDAY SEASONS
Please note that shipment processing takes longer during holiday seasons. That said, we urge you to follow our Instagram Page (@gemmagracejewelry) and sign up for our GGJ Newsletter to get the latest on order deadlines for shipment processing during the holiday seasons.
