What is GGJ’s shipping policy?
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all orders from our South Florida warehouse on business days, Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays). In stock orders are usually shipped within 1-to-2 business days of the purchase date.
Orders placed after 12PM EST on Fridays will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will undergo processing the following business day. If ordering Next Day Shipping before 12PM EST, the order will be shipped out that same day. Purchasing customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their orders have been shipped.
Please note: Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be consistently guaranteed. Once we assemble your package for shipping, we seal it and pass it off to a third-party carrier. In the event that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, GGJ does not take responsibility for the outcome. All claims must be made through the carrier who carried out your shipment/delivery.
HOLIDAY SEASONS
Please note that shipment processing takes longer during holiday seasons. That said, we urge you to follow our Instagram Page (@gemmagracejewelry) and sign up for our GGJ Newsletter to get the latest on order deadlines for shipment processing during the holiday seasons.
What is GGJ’s return policy?
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
A free return for full a refund can be made within 10 days of the delivery date, while an exchange for store credit will be allowed within 15 days of the delivery date.
NOT REFUNDABLE WITHOUT TAG
All returned items must arrive to our warehouse with the warranty tag still attached and intact. Items arriving without the warranty tag, or with a tag showing signs of having been tampered with will not be eligible for return. If an item is sent back to GGJ with missing tag or a tag that's been tampered with, the item will be sent back to sender at their expense.
NOT REFUNDABLE AFTER SIGNS OF WEAR AND/OR TEAR
Returns must be unworn and have no visible signs of wear or damage. Should our quality control team deem that your item has been subjected to wear and tear, we will not be processing your return. In the case of visible signs of wear and/or tear, the item will be sent back to sender at their expense and sender will be notified of such determination via email.
PROCESSING TIME
Starting from the date we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) for your return to be processed. Once we have processed your return, a GGJ rep will send you a confirmation email concerning the refund, store credit, or the replacement order. Refunds may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
If you placed an order using Afterpay or Affirm, the refund will be issued back to the card linked to your AfterPay/Affirm account. For security purposes, we do not have access to your Afterpay/Affirm account. If you have additional questions, you can contact the Afterpay team here or the Affirm team here.

EXCLUSIONS TO GGJ RETURN POLICY
- Personalized pieces that are made to order, such as, but not limited to: initials, birthstone gems, year (DOB) plates.
- Sale or Clearance items which can be found on the GGJ SALE page are considered FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Products featured in Promotional Sales or Clearance Sales.
- Products purchased with special discount codes amid Promotional or Clearance Sales.
